Old oak means an oak which is till than 200 years old. You will get them from old houses and buildings. This oak has got influence from high and low temperatures, snow and rain. So the oak gets on quality which means hardness and restistance to the different to fresh oak wood. In Croatia we have a lot of these houses and buildings which are destroyed. we are buying them and decomposing them and preparing them for the further manufacturing and producing of furniture and flooring.
